Twenty-first Century is the era of information explosion, the rapid development ofChinese economy makes the enterprise human resources has become theindispensable important resource, human resource management is becoming more andmore complex. The modern enterprise human resources management emphasis onenterprise human resources as the center, analysis to study how the rational allocationof corporate resources, breaking the traditional personnel management constraints,personnel department of traditional management of archives is the method of manualoperation, low efficiency, prone to error, a new era of human resources managementcan not meet with the. Therefore, human resources management information mustrely on computer technology to realize.Attendance is an important content of human resources management, with thedevelopment of the times, for the record attendance gradually replaced manualattendance way to popularize. Along with the widespread application of attendancemachine, domestic attendance machine market scale expands gradually, already fromthe past to the present development of the punch machine gradually, face recognitionfingerprint scanning shortcuts, but attendance data is no longer required manualextraction, through the fingerprint data can be directly derived. Is now the biggestproblem is the data processing, still needs to be manually operated, the fingerprintmachine output data of artificial statistics, statistics after analyzing various kinds ofdata analysis summary. Often there are staff complained of data, workload is big,cannot avoid making mistakes, employees will often reflect the statistical errors leadto personal attendance data issued by the wrong number of salary, attendanceresponsible person and then find out the original data are compared to find errorsources, the human resources department feel pressure is very great, shorthanded. Onthe other hand, the employee need to get approval from the relevant person in charge,led directly to the senior leadership, if the person in charge not in, employee andanxious prior to leave will be recorded as absenteeism, if wait for leadership, maydelay the things themselves, cumbersome process to make the staff and leadership offraying.This paper focuses on the development of attendance system is studied, theattendance system described includes the entire development process: needs analysis,outline design, detailed design, system analysis, testing and debugging. The systemadopts C/S architecture, using SQLServer2005database server and ASP.NET development platform for enterprise, various management personnel needs, providean interactive attendance system.
