The Application Of The Material Pull System In Saic Lingang Car Plant

With the development of the car marketing in China, more and more carcompany realize that a befitting and efficient logistic system play an important role inshorting the lead time in supply chain. Meanwhile, new technical used in the logisitcsarea highly improve the reliability of the Just-in-time information. So, the carcompany in China take the informationization operation in the strategic managementof the enterprise, integrating the supplier chain including the material purchasing,flexible production by the logistics system.Based on former theory system and methods, this paper focus on the research oncombining the traditional pull methods with the technical such as JIT (Just in time)、SPS(Set Parts System) etc. and the designing for the logistics pull model andsystem in Saic Lingang car plant. I also do the following jobs:Analyse the history and the development trend of the car marketing; study theprinciple and the features of the MRP&JIT etc.Design the material pull system system, the main design includes processesanalysis and definition, system frame design, data flow, database, functionmodule and interface as well.Based on the material pull system implementation in Lingang plant, solve theproblems such as the flexible production, the shortage of the material storageplant etc. and reduce the stock in supply chain.
