The Research And Practice Of User Data Consistency Audit Model

Along with the development of mobile communications technology,communications and network service product family is becoming largerand larger, business acception channels are becoming more and morevaried, and Network business platform is also becoming more and morecomplex. These lead to inconsistency of net elements which carry userbusiness data, and it causes business and billing service problembecoming increasingly serious. On the one hand, Business cannot be used,leading to the user’s complaint. On the other hand, inconsistency causesthe garbage data and omitted data, reducing income and the rate ofresource utilization.This paper first analyzes the risk of inconsistent data operators facecurrently, and describes and compares the current existing controlmethods of data consistency.Then it analyses the data consistency auditmodel’s position in BOSS system and Value-added Service GeneralOperation Platform. Then the paper outlines the design, detailed designand safety design. Then the paper puts forward synchronous rules of auditmodel basing on analysis of user data flow. Finally, the paper introducesthe system realization and the application, as well as the effect ofimplementation.The Data Consistency Audit Model model has the followinginnovative:1. The model established a full mechanisms and an incremental mechanisms for the system data health instead of the regular manualsynchronization clean-up,and it provide a way of ensureing the health ofthe system data by repairing abnormal data.2. Because the original data sets with diversity, different types ofnetwork element data format are different, that cannot be used in dataalignment. This paper presents the data processing module to analyse, tofilter, to check and to repair the original data. The processed data isconsistent with coding rules, which can be directly used for dataalignment.3. Decompositing of user data flow to start the integration of theordering relationship between the own business and BOSS, laid the datafoundation for the creation of data consistency audit model. The sametime, the analysis of the user data flow provided the necessary conditionsof the “BOSS own business platform data consistency InterfaceSpecification (Trial)" which stipulates the relationship between ownbusiness and BOSS.Realizing the purpose of data consistency.At present, the work mentioned in the article has been running aswell as expect in China Mobile Group Shanghai Co.,Ltd. In the audit datamodel input applications, data of difference between BOSS and platformquantity drop from6.33%down to3.79%in average.
