With the increasingly fierce market competition, many domesticmanufacturers imported so much foreign advanced production equipment inorder to increase the competitiveness of products on the market. The companyfaced a dilemma about the maintenance and renovation work of importedequipment. Some technology and experience from the applicationof control system are summed up in this paper.This paper contains two contents: the renovation of flow controlsystems, and the application of domestic Delta servo controller. At present,the two renovation projects have been successfully used in the ion-exchangeequipment,and plays an important role for the running of the equipmentThis paper for frequency control of motor speed technology and PLCindustrial control system, in view of the domestic application in industrialcontrol system of several commonly used PLC performance to carry on thefull comparison, it discusses deeply the working principle of PLC, the controlsystem design methods, and frequency control of motor speed technology,man-machine interchange technology, control technology, combining researchmethods of the design of control system and procedure, and systematicallystudies the PLC technology, frequency control of motor speed technologyapplication in industrial control basic principle. According to the functionalrequirement of imported continuous ion-exchange equipment, the PLCtechnology, frequency control of motor speed technology are successfullyapplied in the industrial control field.Through the study of this article, this paper presents the design methodsand procedure of the PLC industrial control system, and the frequency converter has been successfully applied to the control system. Its researchcontent includes the hardware components and the selection of the controlsystem, control system design method, hardware configuration, applicationprogram, program debugging, hardware connection and the man-machineinterface etc, hardware and software of the control system of PLC andfrequency converter selection have important reference value, isadvantageous for the further promotion and application.In import ion-exchange unit flow control system, due to the successfulapplication of frequency control of motor speed technology, the fluid pumpflow closed loop control is realized successfully, and with the "wheel" linkagecontrol, it solves the difficult problem of high pressure inside the pipelinewhen rotating and improves the stability of the whole control system. Becausethe control system is based on PLC module as the core andthe human-computer interaction based on touch-screen, system automationand stability have been greatly improved.Regarding servo control, this paper puts emphasis on the discussion offollowing point:the servo motor made error for the locating incorrectly whenthe turntable rotated a working position. Through the calibration and thecommissioning, the parameter setting of servo is completed, Domestic Deltaservo has been successfully applied to imported equipment.
