As the transport process in the furnaces of asphalt mixture inside and outside of the othernon-equilibrium happened heat loss, the asphalt mixture in the compartment between thevarious parts generate obvious temperature difference, in the paving road use in temperatureoccurs when the segregation of asphalt mixture paving on, the area of the asphalt mixturecompaction due to low temperature and compaction is insufficient, eventually lead to theuneven pavement compaction degree, show area of the pavement of high air voids and poorflatness, makes the probability of water damage road happen increase, shorten the service lifeand increase the maintenance cost.This paper focus on the temperature of the asphalt mixture segregation in the transportprocess characteristics in the furnaces of asphalt mixture temperature changing law research.Based on the heat transfer of transfer mechanism set up the study in the furnaces of asphaltmixture temperature field mathematical model, the unsteady heat conduction problem solvingmethod of analysis, this paper summarizes the heat conduction differential equation, theparameter selection appeared in with VB language will the temperature field mathematicalmodel calculation procedure, developed a simple operation, calculation of fast, accurateresults of computing visualization software. The main conclusions obtained for:1. Based on the heat exchange of the three forms of heat transfer mechanism analysis,drew in the furnaces of asphalt mixture and external environment between the heat exchangeis essentially three heat exchange form of different combination; According to the structuralcharacteristics of the furnaces car and consider in the furnaces of asphalt mixture transientthermal environment, and in the reasonable assumption that range, set up in the furnaces ofasphalt mixture temperature field mathematical model;2. The car for furnaces temperature field geometry shape and boundary conditions simplerules, asphalt mixture three-dimensional heat conduction differential equation with theanalysis method of three one dimensional heat conduction problem analysis of productsolutions to represent, and then after practical simplified calculation for the ultimate theasphalt mixture in any time solving equations of a temperature; 3. From the heat conduction differential equation and the calculation precisionsimulation numerical results and the measured results of the deviation error analysis, thephysical model building and analyzing the method that simplified and not sure of theinfluence of physical parameters model inaccurate main factors were analysed.This thesis research results can more convenient, quick, accurate understanding oftransport of the temperature of the asphalt mixture segregation, for the transport processwhether the material transport vehicles to take necessary heat preservation measures and theoptimization construction technology to provide the theory basis.
