Live streaming of P2P system is one of the most popular applications on the internet, but because of its weak localization ability, it will occupy much bandwidth resource. Toimprove the quality of network transmission which adopt P2P streaming mediatechnology and user experience and reduce unnecessary inter-network traffic, cut downoperating cost, we need to apply some localization controls and management to the P2Pnetflow.This paper describe a typical P2P live streaming algorithm, describes details aboutwhole protocol and designs for all the nodes in the live system. We also put forward aneffective netflow localization method and make some comparison with other algorithms. In the end we divide the system into several modules and illustrate them and theimplementation of this algorithm. We apply the localization algorithm for the live streaming on the parallel distributednetwork simulator with real user behavior data and also carried large-scale simulationbased on packet-level under multi-channel environment. The simulation gives overallperformance evaluation, include average startup latency, continuity degreeļ¼Œratio ofreducing inter-network traffic and so on. It also gives some optimized parameter, relativefactors that may affect the effective of localization and some other conclusion whichequipped with practical application value.
