Abstract/Summary:
Graphic and image play an important role in process planning, all processinformation is showed by graphic and image, but the existed systems can’t support processgraphics and image in common platform. This paper chooses automobile industry whichprocess planning is more important as the research background, analysis the characteristicand new needs of process planning, study and develop a graphics and image systemoriented to planning design.In this system, graphics and image can operation in a commonplatform. This system has a good platform portability, a rich process resources library, andstable semantic consistency maintenance.First this paper analysis the characteristics of the graphics and image system. In orderto meet the system’s integration efficiency, and the specific application platform’sconsistency, a "software bus-component" structure is used in this system which is dividedinto three parts----the base library, the graphic platform, and the image module. Each partis divided again.In order to let the graphics and image coexistence in the same platform, this paperresearch the unified expression of graphics and image objects. By analysising thetraditional block element, this paper puts forward an improved complex object expressingmechanism-expanded element object which reflects object-oriented idea, and retain thegeometry and the topological properties, make the object’s complex and mixture editorsmooth realization.Then the paper discusses the expansion and integration of the process resource library,gives the total flow and integration environment of the process resource library. Theprocess data and process information have efficiency utilization by this library.Finally, the paper discusses the relevance between process datas, and the consistencymaintenance of nested and related operation. This paper analyzed the characteristics ofnested and related operation, discussed the atomicity and consistency of transaction andthe reactor mechanism,introduced the transaction-based to ensure that the Undo/Redooperation semantic consistency and the reactor mechanism to reduce the relationship andcomplexity of operationsas the resolution method,and described the concreteimplementation process and main algorithms. This algorithm is guarantee the process dataconnection, and related operations of nested operation or related operation whenUndo/Redo.
