| For the purpose of material measuring in extremely low temperature, high magnetic field, webuild a virtual measuring and control system in extremely low temperature(1.8K), high magneticfield(±16T) created by PPMS (Physical Property Measurement System), choosing multiferroicmonocrystal material YMnO3as the representation, with other ferroelectric material. The thesismainly contains following contents:In chapter1, the purpose of material testing is overviewed, and the present situation of similarsystem all of the world.Researching content and technology outlook is shown at last. At the sametime,PPMS and LCR are also introduced.In chapter2, composite structure of this system and the measuring principle of PPMS and LCRmeters are introduced. Besides,the communication principle of GPIB, VISA used in hardware control;Multivu,VDM and TeamViewer used in software control are also introduced.In chapter3, for displaying the data of temperature and magnetic field currently in PPMS, wehave a try using method with hardware controlling,explain the reason and principle of using imageprocessing and identification. Besides,we focus on the details and method which means to bringconvenient experience to user.In chapter4, introduce how to use the controller software, from instrument parameters setting toremote controlling, from identification to data of temperature and magnetic field to print screening asthe more functions.In chapter5, the accuracy of this measuring system is proved by different kinds of property tests,with multiferroic monocrystal material YMnO3and other ferroelectric material.A physical property measuring and impedance virtual measuring and control system based onLabVIEW and VDM(Vision Development Module)was built sucessfully. |
