With the deepening of reform and opening up, the development ofChina’s economy, demanding of public E-government information isgrowing for masses of people. More and more public informationaccumulated over time, traditional methods cannot meet the needs of thesituation. But with the development of network technology, informationmanagement based on web becomes the main trend. So we need todevelop a public E-government information management system basedon web. As one kind of public information, public governmentinformation has a strong effect on various citizens interest. To developpublic government information management system not only makes iteasy for citizen to get information they need, but also reduce some middleterm process. At some sense, public government information is areflection of China’s democratization process.This article from the development of e-government,e-governmentmode of modern transformation of. Through the electronic governmentdevelopment and administrative pattern change course, discusses thee-government to executive functions, administrative procedure,administrative decision-making efficiency, government knowledgemanagement has important influence. Public government informationmanagement system, and the feasibility and necessity of the publicgovernment information system are analyzed. Based on the analysis ofpublic government information management process, we give an overallframework of public government information management system.Wealso show some key areas of the system,and give the instruction and codeof these areas. At last, we describe the installation and operation ofthe system. The result shows that our system based on this paperestablished to achieve our purpose, and is reliable and convenient topractical usage.
