Abstract/Summary:
This article is on the basis of the relevant stipulates of Drug AdministrationLaw of the people’s Republic of China, Administrative measures for the issuance ofthe batch of vaccine, Biological products circulation and vaccination regulationsand Measures for the administration of release of biological products. It appliesnetwork technique and computer technology, projecting and realizing theadministration of release of biological products in our country.To strengthen the management to biological products supervisor and toproduct and test biological products according to Drug Administration Law of thepeople’s Republic of China strictly in the process of product. And also to assure thequality of the biological products and to lot release according to Administrativemeasures for the issuance of the batch of vaccine, this article has researched keytechniques and methods that are needed for this system. Then we devise and realizecollection, analyze of information fast and exactly. That can prevent the accidentsoccurred by kinds of man-made factors in order to strengthen the management of lotrelease, circulation and vaccination of biological products. It also can prevent, controlthe occurrence and prevalence of infectious disease which can assure physical healthof the people and public hygienic.By researching, the article introduces the circumstances of lot release ofbiological products in domestic firstly. It puts forward that the Business data of lotrelease biological products is independent relatively which is inconvenient to the issueof management by lot release biological products national institutes for food and drugcontrol. Then, according to actual demand the author study and discuss related technical of lotrelease of biological products management system. By demonstration, it uses b/sstructure, the Java technology, J2EE technique, PHP technology and SQL databaselanguage, XML technologies on the design and implementation of functional modules.Also considering the data on the safety problems, on current both at home and abroadof system security, and network security, and software security, and user security, anddata security, a great deal of research was compared and analyzed. And many securitytechnology is considered, the same as the safety and convenient operation relationshipbetween the combination safety audit and ultimately. This program researches on the network security construction, user login the authentication design, real-time savebatch data, automatic hint issued function design, to provide users withcomprehensive reliable data.In this paper, the design and implement of responsible persons was gradedsupervision, on lot release biological products by batch of dynamic supervision. Thesystem has passed the test, reached the design requirement and finally obtained users’acceptance.
