Digital media resource management system is designed to help themodern enterprise, the government functional departments effectiveidentity management, enhance the user experience and effectively controlthe users’ behavior. The system uses data mining technology to achieveuser access behavior analysis services, the commercial databases in thehuge business information data extraction, transformation, analysis, andthen through the other model processing, eventually become the decisionmakers provide effective auxiliary business decision analysisinformation knowledge, which can be for business decision makers providevaluable information, maximum profit. According to the user behavioranalysis, realize the media subscription and push, so the digital mediaresource management system is to enhance the core competitiveness ofenterprises to meet the challenge, the key measures.Digital media resource management system is a set based on J2EEtechnology, Oracle database and database mining technology managementsystem management system, mainly in the" customer" as the center, toachieve customer management center, user behavior analysis and accordingto the customer behavior media subscription and push function to targetsystem. Digital media resource management system includes3subsystems:(1) customer management system, realize the multi-level identitymanagement functions, including the unified management, userauthentication and single sign-on and other functions, and can realizecross-platform support and CA authentication based on SSL.(2) the userbehavior analysis subsystem, can by the many kinds of graph structure datadisplay, and can realize the detailed analysis of the structure.(3) mediasubscription and push subsystem, user behavior analysis, implementationprogram making and subscribing devices selection and send. In this paper, the digital media resource management system wereanalyzed, based on the J2EE framework for the design of the overall systemstructure and application system. According to the customer resourcemanagement process the data flow design of the system data model, andcompleted the system logical structure design and security design.Finally, this paper presents a digital media resource managementsystem before the page, background, and introduces in detail the systempage realization process, operation process. This system in the practicalapplication process, the use of more convenient, satisfying thecustomer’s design requirements.
