The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Citizen Services Platform Based On Soa

With the development of software technology in the public service area, more and more public service web applications have been deployed. But with the limititation of technology, most applications use point to point integration which is intricate and leads to bigger information island. Furthermore it will be hard for system maintenance and expansion.Service Oriented Architecture can improve system’s reusability, flexibility and expandability by its loosely coupling and platform independence. Moreover the system based on SOA can reduce coupling between systems to maximum extent and provide an ideal solution for system’s integration and expansion.This paper introduced the whole process of analysis, design and implementation for ICSP system based on SOA.Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the project’s background and the facing problems during designing and developping about how the ICSP could be integrated with the original applications to improve system reusability. Then it focused on the analysis of system functional and non-functional requirements of each module. Furthermore it provided a detailed description of system requirement by using use-case diagrams and flow charts. The ICSP includes four modules of real-name unified authentication, personal query portal, electronic bill presenting and interacting interfaces which contain SMS interface, electronic billing interface and healthcare billing interface, etc.On basis of system analysis, this paper provided the System general design including system architecture design, service model design and system module design. The innovation of the ICSP system is using the Web Service to publish and receive services, four-layer architecture as the basic technical architecture, and encapsulating the related functions into interfaces according to the Web Services interfaces provided by original systems. This shows the huge advantage of business integration by SOA. Then he introduced this four-layer architecture design of system’s presentation layer, web service layer, business logic layer and data access layer.Secondly, on basis of requirement analysis and system design, this paper introduced the realization process of web service and four main modules’ presentation layer. It also outlined the implementation of system security.Finally, a stress test on this SOA based system was planed and made. It came to a conclusion that ICSP system had met the user’s requirement in performance, reliability, maintainability and security. The system not only realized the application system integration and data sharing but also was an integrated citizen service platform system with merits of cross-platform, compatibility, flexibility, security, stability and high-efficiency.
