In the wireless communication systems, the spectrum resources are limited. Support for many users and to ensure the quality of service under the premise of the mobile users, how to utilize the limited radio spectrum resource has become an important research topic. In order to improve the resource utilization rate of the frequency spectrum. LTE system uses the dynamic resource allocation mechanism. Where, scheduling is a very important part in dynamic resource allocation. On the basis of the analysis of the key techniques, main character and standard about3GPP LTE, research on the scheduling mechanism and wireless scheduling algorithms in LTE system is given, the main contents of this paper are arranged as follows:(1) The main problems faced by the wireless scheduling algorithm is analyzed, the throughput and fairness of MAX C/I, PF, RR three classic algorithms is investigated respectively and their comparative analysis is given, and then the algorithm performance evaluation standards in this paper is given.(2) LTE system simulation platform is built, and the MAX C/I, PF, RR three classic algorithms simulation and analysis on this platform is given. In order to improve the scheduling user fairness, an improved PF scheduling algorithm is proposed in this paper. Compared with the traditional PF scheduling algorithm, the proposed algorithm can improve all the scheduling users fairness by improving the cell edge users scheduling opportunities.(3) In order to ensure users fairness based on improving the average cell throughput, an improved proportional fair scheduling algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm is to optimize the resource block allocation, which redistributes the resource block that influence the current user throughput and assign it to the user not be scheduled. Therefore it ensures the average cell throughput and improve the user fairness.
