Urban infrastructure planning is an integrated academic subject, including sociology,architecture, municipal engineering, environmental science, aesthetics, and so on. With theprogress of human civilization and social development, people’s requirements of their ownliving environment are getting higher and higher, which makes urban infrastructure planningscience advance with the times, keep developing, update, enrich and improve, so that, thisscience become more scientific and rational, authoritative and correct in the social developmentand urban construction; the social practice in city planning and construction is rule-based andrational for the managers make decisions and lay a solid foundation for the rationality ofurban planning and improving urban residents’ life and living quality.With the development of urban economy and infomationization speed up, the needsand requirement of communication is becoming higher and higher. Early, due to lack ofunified planning and management and with public information technology continues to evolve,there are a lot of duplicate construction. The zipper of the original road excavation, especiallysome new road construction just completed has to be excavated again, which not onlyincreasing the operating costs of the communications industry, also brought great negativeimpact on the environment and management of the city. Recent few years, some new districtsand new roads are built in a pipeline mode, but basically in the same ditch and the wellconstruction mode. The property rights of this mode are not clear enough, so the operators maymix using pipes, which makes the difficulties of management and maintenance.To solve the above problem, the essay expatiate on the background and significanceof the subject and expound that as the urban infrastructure and introduce that Urban WeakCurrent Pipe Network is the basic vectors of the city’s political, economic, financial, trade andother commercial activities, and is really the cannot moving and frequent adjustments element.The essay analyze that the size, type, construct and management level of Urban Weak Current Pipe Network level affect the formation of urban industrial development and value systemsdirectly. The quality of the pipe network (basic implementation of individual quality, spacematch) status will directly affect the product cost and competitiveness of the city.
