With the development of our country’s reformation and market economy, the public media got the big progress in business model, the news manages and etc. In this developed program, the appearance of infotainment not only promotes the public media’s development, but also the whole society. Without doubt, in this program of infotainment, we should not ignore some negative effects caused by over or misunderstanding infotainment. Newspaper industry is the first platform of public media, and the city newspaper was considered as the milestone in our country’s development of newspaper industry. Since city newspaper brings big influence, this text will use the city newspaper as object of study, from news writing’s perspective, in order to have a deeply sense cognition in infotainment.This text has four parts to describe the writing skill of city newspaper infotainment.
