In this paper,LD frequency doubling488nm blue lasers of beam shaping and LBO crystal thermal management systematically were studied.First, made a physical model, according to the ray tracing and energy distribution theory simulated the lens laser diode beams shaping.Through to the laser diode optical beam shaping software simulation and analysis,confirmed the experiment scheme of semiconductor laser beams shaping.The experiment obtained spot diameter is300μm,conversion efficiency is88.5%.The refractive in976nm and488nm was Calculate,and deduced the LBO I phase matching Angle and effective nonlinear coefficient.Through the ANSYS software of LBO crystal on the thermal analysis,determined the temperature control range of LBO,improve the the influence of frequency doubling efficiency to LBO crystal temperature control.Realized respectively the complex cavity frequency doubling experiment and optical fiber coupling cavity frequency doubilng experiment.In the complex cavity in the experiments lens group method to make frequency doubling beam quality was improved, in the diameter is300μm,the power of2.01W conditions obtain488nm blue laser35mW.Under the fiber coupling numerical aperture has been calculated,the spot diameter is200μm,under the output power is2.06W,488nm blue laser46mW has obtained.
