The Research Of Cd Carves To Record Demonstration System That Was Based On The Detection Technology Of Photoelectricity

The disc burning simulation demonstration system can be used by science and technology exhibition halls for demonstrating the process of disc burning. The thesis focuses on the principle and process of the disc burning and proposes the disc burning simulation demonstration system based on the optoelectronic detecting technology. The system inputs signals through lasing the phototransistors by the LED arrays simulation disc and locates the input points by scanning. In the system, the LED switch is controlled by the singlechip and through the LED the ablation is closed in the process of disc burning. The system was also designed in high precision simulation turntable disc and laser linear scanning motion platform. The discs are encoded by the informations of diameter and angle on the disc with the LED. The drive source of the turntable is torrent permanent magnet torque motor. The movement bearing part is the precision turntable bearing, then the rotary shaft encoders feedback with the angle. Through the connection of power and signal cables by the PSRTS realized the high precision gyroscopic motion of the simulation disc. Laser linear scanning platform driven by stepper motor, belt drive by a synchronous cog belt, precision linear ball guide as the motion bearing part, grating measure the displacement, so that enable the laser head precise linear scanning.
