Range image and intension image of high accuracy can be generated by image laser radar, and it is applied in precise tracking. fuze sensing, ship navigation. target recognition and other fields. It has enormous application value in civil and militaryImaging laser radar system simulation and experimental research are emphasis analyzed in paper. In the simulation aspects, working principle and system composition of scanning laser radar system are analyzed firstly. research ideas and method of imaging laser radar system simulation are established on the above foundation, and including transmitter module, echo signal module, imaging simulation. In the experiment aspects. The905nm laser is adopted as transmitter of system, GT-400-SCAN type laser galvanometer is used as scanning device of system, S2382type optoelectronic detector APD is adopted as receiver of system. form experiment system, and draw experimental data.Experiment result and simulation analysis shows that key characteristic parameters of imaging laser radar system can be really simulated by paper simulation method, and it also provide reference for design of physical system. At the same time, based on multi pulse accumulation angle, SNR of system is studied and make the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that SNR is improved by9.35dB under100pulses accumulation. and the sequential improvement is not obvious with increase of pulse accumulation.
