Child Health Care Immunization Information Management System

With the advancement of society and the development of economics, the IT industry in China has increasingly developed. The analyzing, processing and using of information can be dealt with the establishment of a processing platform which is based on the information technology. Thus, the information management system which has the ability to optimize, integrate and configure resource is widely used. So is the medical immunity department. Based on this, Child Health Immunity Information Management System (CHIIMS), an integrated immunity service management platform, which is an expression of how people make good use of technologies and internet resources to optimize configuration of their businesses.This system (CHIIMS) is based on C++Builder6.0as its foreground development tool and Microsoft Access2000as its background database development tool.I consider the needs of storage and query when the structure is designed. It has four modules:Children’s basic information management module mainly used for adding, altering and selecting the basic information of children. Immunity information management module is also used for adding, updating children’s immunity information. Meanwhile, stockpile management module maintains the stockpile management of immunity vaccine, log management module contains the time information. The main task to develop the system is to realize the systematism, standardization and automatization, simplifying the procedure of management, reducing the burden on the staff, helping the hospital to manage the child health care immunization information and improving the efficiency of the hospital.
