On The Research And Implementation Of Students Scholarship Evaluation System In Vocational College

Scholarship in Colleges and universities is mainly for the purpose of commending theadvanced, establishing models, lashing the junior, and improving the comprehensive quality ofuniversity students. Scholarship assessment is the most important, comprehensive and in-depthinvestigation and encouraging measures to the students. Therefore, the quality of assessment hasbecome one of the most concerned problems among the college students. The content of this paperis mainly based on the current practice of our college·s scholarship assessment. With the continuousexpansion of our school·s enrollment, the number of the students increases unceasingly, and thequality of the students has promoted. In order to ensure the achievement of the evaluation standard-"justice, fairness, openness," comprehensive review is indispensable.Combined with the practical situation of the students, their major and the evaluation index, andafter the analysis of practical requirements, the scholarship assessment system of college isdeveloped by adopting the powerful Microsoft Visual Basic6.0as the development tool, using SQLServer2005database management system and adopting C/S structural pattern, which makes thework of scholarship management more open and efficient. In this system, the user·s mainpermissions are administrator, the chief of subsidized section, the class advisor or counselor, andstudent. Different users access to different interfaces and conduct different operations. In this design,the development process and the idea of achievement of college scholarship assessment system isdeeply explored centering on the system demand analysis, data structure analysis and system implementation in college·s scholarship assessment system.This project tries to design a feasible scholarship assessment system with a set of perfectfunctions, which base on the specific circumstance and requirement and of Hainan College ofSoftware Technology. The functions which can realize in this scholarship assessment system areuser login, registration, delete and modify, fast input, data entry, delete, query, print, andcomprehensive evaluation. At the same time, this assessment system has beautiful and friendlyinterface for different users.
