Personalized requirement does not refer to the different needs with others, butrefer to the users demand the products or services they used to bear their own mark,so that the products or services to reflect their own unique needs and personality.Personalized requirement means that customers have more freedom and space toexpress their needs. Therefore, personalized requirements often better reflect thenature of the individual needs. Only services that truly satisfying the user’sindividual needs will be accepted by the users. The needs of the “Cloud Services” users are characterized at personal levelparticularly. Equipped with large-scale capability of calculation,“Cloud Services”can provide personalized service on demand. For example, a scalable computingpower, flexible storage and relational database. The general expression ofpersonalized requirements is often over-simplified that causes many services notbeing well served at personalized level. Under an environment of “Cloud Services”,a general expression of individual needs can not accurately describe the needs ofcustomers at personalized level, for example, keyword description. Suchover-simplified description often requires the help of domain knowledge, ontologymapping, and numerous interaction of human-computer, to form a standardizedrequirements document. Because the general expression of individual needs can’tdirectly form a standardized requirements document, the speed to obtain needinformation is slowed down, and the accuracy is reduced. Therefore, how toaccurately address the personalized requirement of the customers, how to orderlyorganizing the personalized requirement of the customers, and how do the "CloudServices" get these needs, and ultimately provide personalized services to satisfythese need are studied here. The main content of this thesis includes: Firstly, for the users of the “CloudServices” to accurately describe their needs, a descriptive method of personalizedrequirement is presented. The method is described as five elements set. Through therelated value assignment of the five elements set forms a standardized requirementsdocument. Secondly, in order to obtain accurate demand information by “Cloud Terminal” for personalized requirement, a technique of personalized requirement isstudied. This technique uses adjective quantifying methods to address the freeexpression of personalized requirement. Therefore, the fuzzy semantic demand isquantified by the precise digits, matched and aggregated by path optimization ofthe follow-up “Cloud Services”. Thirdly, on the basis of the previous two parts, thepractical application of personalized requirement under the “Cloud Services” isstudied. Finally, a simple experiment of personalized requirement model isdesigned. The experiment confirms the feasibility of the adjective quantifyingmethod by comparing traditional keyword method and descriptive method ofpersonalized requirement. Using a sample of200individual demands, the twomethods find the matching services, compare time consumed, the number ofbrowsing, to verify the effectiveness of the personalized requirement method.
