MSN(Mobile Sensor Networks),which depends on the moving of sensor nodes to explore the orbit of sensing,is a kind of distribute-movement network.Due to the mobility of the sensing nodes,MSN has enabled numerous large-scale applications, such as urban environment monitoring, traffic flow surveillance, emergency response, disaster assessment and rescue, battlefield rescue and monitoring, healthcare, indoor localization, behavior and relationship discovery, etc.Compared with the Wireless Sensor Networks and Ad Hoc networks, the sensing data of MSN has the characteristics of continuity and complexity, the nodes of MSN have the characteristics of heterogeneity and mobility, and support multiple network access modes. Therefore, the research on MSN is still in the stage of exploration in theory, technology and practice. The hot research topics of MSN focus on the front-end processing of heterogeneous perception data, the mobility model of nodes, the opportunity collection mechanism of sensing data, the analysis and mining method of sensing data, the security and privacy protection mechanism, the incentive mechanism of sensing nodes, and so on.This thesis focuses on the data collection and the related participation incentive problems in MSN networks, and proposes a series of novel methods from three perspectives: opportunistic data collection mechanism based on random movement model, data forwarding mechanism based on the movement of human and quality aware incentive mechanism. Finally, the management system for disaster emergency is developed. The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Energy-Delay-Constraint Adaptive Routing based on random movement modelBased on the characteristics of the node motion in random movement model,an Energy-Delay-Constraint Adaptive Routing(EDCA)is proposed to the intermittently connected Mobile Sensor Networks(MSN).EDCA is composed of the initialization-phase,transfer-judging-phase,flooding-transfer phase and waiting phase, and in which sensor nodes judging whether to transfer message copy or wait to meet the destination node according to target delay and judging which one to transfer message copy according to the remainder energy.Simulation results show that EDCA is an efficient delay bounded and network load bounded routing scheme, and it can adjust the number of message copy adaptively according to target delay when network environment changes, also it can balance the energy consumption of sensor nodes and prolong the network lifetime.(2)Mobile-profile Based Forwarding Protocol based on Hot Area Movement ModelBased on analyzing and mining the data sets from real traces of human mobility, three regular patterns are discovered: 1)the complementary cumulative distribution of the number of hot areas of users and the degree of hot areas follows heavy-tail flight distribution;2)the number of hot areas of the user has stability across time slots;3)the user's hot area and user's social relationship has a weak correlation..A new movement model called HAMM(Hot Area Movement Model)is put forward based on the above three regular patterns. The mobile profile is introduced to portray the characterization of human motion, and MPBF(Mobile-profile Based Forwarding Protocol)is proposed.Compared to other classical routing protocols,MPBF can significantly improve the performance in the aspect of delivery ratio, delay and overhead ratio.(3)Quality Aware Incentive Mechanism for Mobile Sensor usersThe impact of mobility and selfishness of participants on the data reliability cannot be ignored in mobile crowd sensing. To address this issue, this paper presents a universal system model based on the reverse auction framework and formulate the problem as the Multiple Quality Multiple User Selection(MQMUS)problem. The Quality Aware Incentive Mechanism(QAIM)is proposed to meet the quality requirement of data reliability. It demonstrates that the proposed incentive mechanism achieves the properties of computational efficiency, individual rationality, and truthfulness.Meanwhile,it evaluates the performance and validates the theoretical properties of our incentive mechanism through extensive simulation experiments.(4)Disaster Emergency Management System based on Mobile Sensor NetworksBased on the idea of prevention and emergency, the disaster emergency management system is designed and developed. The system is composed of two subsystems: the sensor data acquisition and transaction service system and the disaster emergency rescue system based on opportunities sensor network, which aims to the normal management and non-normal management respectively. The system can control the source of different risk factors and change the strategy from passive to active. In summary, this thesis not only proposes a series of models and methods on data collection and incentive mechanisms, but also develops the disaster emergency management system, which can provide important theoretical and technical support for the wide applications of MSN networks.
