Data Acquisition System is in the forefront of the whole process of monitoringand fault diagnosis system, its working performance has direct effect on theaccuracy of diagnosis and predicition. Data Acquisition System has been designedto implement convenient, speedy and real-time patrol and monitoring of the mediumand small-sized rotation machinery.Data Acquisition and Analysis System combines embedded technology andmodern data acquisition technology. In this system, adopted S3C2440core ofARM9(Samsung company) as its micro-processing chips, took embedded Linux asits operating system, selected ADS7263as its analog digital conversion.Human-computer interaction interface has been designed by embedded GUI edittool Qt/E. The enaction of those parameters of acquisition channel, samplingfrequency and sampling number and so on can be achieved by LCD touch screen.The acquisition data were processed based on FFT Algorithm and finally displayedtime domain frequency spectrum, meanwhile realized automatic data storage inproper sequence in accordance with time to achieve data transmission andaccomplish fault diagnosis on PC. This system decreases the number of processors,meets the needs of small volume and witnessed inspections with low powerconsumption. The signal acquisition, storage, the display of spectrogram and timedomain graph can be achieved. The main components of embedded data acquisitionand analysis system are discussed in detail in this dissertation.The main research works are summarized as follows:1) The design of AD converter and forward modulate circuit were expounded,the driver of AD converter was compiled, constructing the embedded Linux byexploition and transplation of Bootloader, the configuration and transplation of Linux Kernel were accomplished, made the Yaffs root file system and constructedthe embedded software platform, the application program of graphical user interface(GUI) were established by QT. The system developed friendly man-machineinterface.2) The preliminary design of the embedded data and analysis systems werecompleted. Tests and trial operation recur to rotor experiment platform showed goodperformance. The data acquisition and analysis system possesses certainpracticability, but the function of it remains to be further improved.
