| As a kind of special communication networks, the dispatch communication is used tomanage and product in the field of national defense, transportation, energy, space flight andaviation, etc. So the dispatch communication is applied to satisfy the demand on uniformdeployment and organizing and correspond as well as production safety.The demand of real-time and reliability is high for the dispatch communication that canset up the reliable link between users with stable performance. At present, most of dispatchcommunication systems are based on circuit switching. As the fault of circuit switching ishigh outage probability and the dependence on transmission link, the present dispatchcommunication systems based on circuit switching have low outage probability and flexibilityof network. It will limit the ability of dispatch communication to carry multi-mediainformation.Based on above reasons, the comprehensive dispatching System based on circuitswitching and packet switching is proposed. On the premise of high stability and reliability,circuit switching and packet switching will be infused in order to transmit digital speechinformation and it based on IP switching.Firstly, the basic theory and performance of circuit switching and packet switching areanalyzed.Secondly take widely used H20-20switches scheduling platform for example,dispatching system is introduced in circuit switching mode and its core unit is analyzed.Thirdly voice messages based IP in packet switching mode is introduced at the aspects oftheory, technique, function and structure.Fourthly on the basis of deeply analysis, the paper disscuss the improvment of multipledswitching dispatch system considered the actual needs. Mutual Backup and remotemaintenances of dispatch traffic in multipled switching are studied and implemented.At last the concrete implementation scheme is provided according to comprehensivedispatching system in infused switching mode,at the same time,the performance of theimproved system is analyzed. |
