Nowadays,as the improving and perfecting of network management system of ChinaMobile Data,the amount of work which support the business is increasing. Therefore, thedemand for the using and running of business data is continuously increasing. Thus the data callfor comprehensive and intensive management. And more all-round and detailed data are beingrequired. As a result, higher requests have been put forward to the collecting layer of datanetwork system.In view of this situation, the system of collecting layer should be developed to apply to theenlargement of collecting range, the increasing of collecting number, the improvement ofcollecting efficiency, as well as the quality. Meanwhile, the design for collecting layer isrequired to be more reasonable and smart enough to expand to be adapted to the need ofcommunication between different platforms, to be adapted to the need of collected data andbalanced load in order to achieve the control and management to collected data. The systemconsists of three functional modules: First, the data distributor is mainly used to collect andhandle data and then send it to the pointed destination. Second, the control centre is related toboth the front interface and the backstage. It’s main job is to make the front interface be able tocontrol the major work is to make the client can control configuration file confirmed andprogram started or stopped. Third, the dispatching centre is mainly responsible for thedispatching control of plans for data collection, and the tailing after the operating status of eachlink, trying to deal with problems.At the present stage, the developed IPNET data network management system has been put intopractice and application. It has basically solved the pre-mentioned problems, and can be put touse. However, some details of the problem need further study and development to make thesystem more perfect, stable and practical.
