Laser radar is a new technology which is rapidly developing. It is widely used in scientific research and military engineering and national economy of many departments. With the development of science and technology, the requirement of detecting accuracy and speed rate in laser radar has been higher and higher. The laser radar performance greatly depend on its accuracy of the optical system. It is particularly important for optical system to proceed computer-aided alignment in order to reduce the difference between mechanical machining accuracy and matching degree of elements.This paper comprehensively describes specific computer-aided alignment method of coherent receiving laser radar optical system and puts forward general alignment programme. By analyzing, scientific and rational computer-aided alignment has been put forward. Avoiding errors caused by testing instrument appears over and over again, we should make the error caused by incorrect method to the least.And using the ZEMAX software to analog simulation of optical system, we can get the accuracy of computer-aided alignment and which element has the maximal influence to the whole system.
