With the rapid development of network control technology, the master-slave control system are used more and more widely due to its simply control. The traditional master-slave system do not support the PnP(Plug-and-play) function, and the efficiency of the system is relatively poor, thus limiting the further development. The topic of this paper is to apply PnP to the master-slave system, realize automatic identification of the network nodes, and improve the efficiency of the communication.After introduced the subject background and significance, firstly, this paper reviewed the literature of Pnp technology and intelligent sensor standard, analysed the status of the PnP technology base on the master-slave communication bus, summed up the address automatic distribution approach at this stage. On this basis, implemented the address automatic distribution approach on the master-slave communication bus, through the virtual address to generate the actual address.Secondly, for the main disadvantage of master-slave control system, this paper proposed a high-speed serial bus query method, to change the low efficiency of the traditional master-slave network, improve system efficiency and real-time, and enhance the network function and availability.Finally, this paper described the development of the PnP node prototype, hardware development including the serial port communication module and the MCU module, software development including the design of the main flow the system procedure, through the architecture of the system. Against the node prototype hadware, this paper proved the feasibility of automatic identification, and analysed the real-time performance of high-speed query method through experiment.
