The rapid development of social informatization,take the network as the main body with the wide application of new media technology,make the relationship between new media and the social informatization is increasinglyclose, the mutual influence, and common development.From science history and culture of the development of science and technologyspread to see, the social informatization and the development and change of new mediaare inseparable.
