Analysis And Design Of Beijing Unicom It Service Support Platform

With the continuous development of the communications industry, the information systems become a powerful means of support for enterprise development. To establish an effective centralized management platform which can management servers, databases, middleware to uniform standards in the use of the platform, and the ability to provide management with an effective oversight program and feedback system becomes critical.In this paper, Author presented an IT service support platform through in-depth analysis of the Beijing Unicom operation and maintenance system and the telecommunications industry standard eTOM and ITIL process system. This platform includes data collection, integrated intelligent monitoring and service processes set; the IT service support three levels services which are fundamental platform, application and business. The IT service support platform protects the system stability and business continuity. It also enhances services and reduces costs at the same time.The IT service support platform the Beijing Unicom operation and maintenance management information to get automation, operation and maintenance process standardization, refinement of resource management, and to enhance the ability to command and dispatch of information technology support systems, thereby reducing maintenance costs and increase the industry competitiveness of Beijing Unicom.
