The Study&Implementation Of One-Imsi For Multi-Msisdn Business System In3G Network

The service of one-IMSI for multi-MSISDN is that the customer can use multi MSISDNs through one mobile and one IMSI Simultaneously.Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of three solutions in use currently, by way of applying the theory of Mobile Intelligent Network and architecture of IMS application server, it proposes a new solution. This solution uses Intelligent Network methord adding in IMS application server logic, and it can support this service in CS domain and IMS inter-domain when IMS is pulled in3G network.This realization of one-IMSI for Multi-MSISDN business system integrates of mobile intelligent network SCP fuction and the role of IMS application server, through an increase in business processes to achieve operational control and to completer business logic function. For voice service, by adding CAMEL signed information or business trigger additional rules to the user subscription data in HLR/HSS, the process of connecting call will be triggered to the business system, and then the system will execute business functions, modify the calling party number as well as called party number. For short message service, by adding signed inforation to user data in owned SMSC, SMSC will send this message to the business system. After the system modifys the sender number and receiver number of ths message, which will be sent by the system to SMSC, and SMSC will complete sending message process.In order to verify the feasibility of this solution, which integrates of mobile intelligent network SCP fuction and the role of IMS application server to achieve the service of one-IMSI for multi-MSISDN, the business system software has been developed and project has been delieverd. The result of testing and commercial pilot proves the availbality and commercial values of the solution.The research and implementation of the business system, not only provides a new solution in the current GSM network business environment, but also provides a solution and deliever experience in business environment in3G network across CS domain and the IMS domain for the future.
