An intelligent controller for mixed materials has been applied in many areas, such as medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, architecture, animal feed production and so on. It is not only saving in finance and reducing the fatigue strength of workers, but enhancing the quality of products and raising the efficiency of production. Moreover, this equipment improved modern scientific management in many factories. Based on the introduction of the structure and the working principle of an intelligent controller for mixed materials, this thesis mainly described the function of the single microcomputer controlling system .Furthermore, the thesis referred the design of a converting circuit of AD7705 and discussed a method to modify system errors automatically.This intelligent mixed controller has mostly been applied to mix many materials. For improving the accuracy and increasing efficiency of mixed materials, the process needed realize intellectuality and automation. So we invented this mixed controller .It was consisted of an intelligent voltage transfer, a single-microcomputer control centre, and circuits for driving motors. Its principle was used sensors to measure the weight of materials. Then sensors converted the weight to electrical signal .Passing the transfer the signal processed by the sing-microcomputer controlled the drivers of motors working. Furthermore the sing-microcomputer could have communication with PCcomputer for realizing integration control.
