Users can not change their broadband flexibly because of the complex flowing which leads to the loss of the mount of users. So it must be researched to BOD process on original system.The passage analyzes the technology of BOD (bandwidth on demand), and produces the RFC protocol3576particularly. Two systems of BIAS and BSM are mentioned to design and research BOD process for the final goal to construct.
