Fixed Boundary Layer Wind Profiler Radar For Meteorological Observation In The Applied Research

With the technology continues improvement, the meteorology has been rapid development, atmospheric sounding technology ushered in the era of rapid development, and wind profiler radar have emerged. Wind profiler radar is a clear sky detection radar and its principle of is the use of atmospheric turbulence on the scattering of electromagnetic waves to achieve the detection of atmospheric wind field and other types of physical quantities. It is automated atmospheric sounding advanced equipment with the application of microwave remote sensing principles. The main features of the wind profiler radar is the continuity of the measurement results and real-time measurement data. Wind profiler radar also has a very high time and spatial resolution. Wind profiler radar has a wide range in the fields of meteorology, aviation, aerospace, military, and global climate change research and other aspects.This Paper has studied Airda3000Wind Profiler Radar on the principle, soft and hardware structure, network, maintenance of equipment,data transmission, data comparison analysis, and application in the small-medium scale weather forecast. The paper has also preliminary studied the detecting feature of Wind Profiler Radar in different weather process. In the final, it is stated that the advantage and use value in weather forecast and atmospheric turbulence research.
