This dissertation takes the analysis of mobile TV program’s marketing situation at home and abroad as a logical starting point, analyzes mobile TV program’s marketing situation in China from the following aspect:viewing charges of China mobile TV, users’exploitation, marketing team’s construction and cross-industry alliance, according puts forward four strategies for China mobile TV marketing: viewing charges’shifting strategy, market cultivation strategy, marketing team’s construction strategy, cross-industry alliance strategy by using relevant theory of media management and marketing.The viewing charge shifting of the mobile TV can be direct shifting and indirect shifting. Direct shifting is let advertisers pay for mobile TV users through advertising form. Indirect shifting is let users participate in the mobile TV content providing, thus users’ viewing charges can be reduced, it can increase the program resources on one hand, on the other hand, it can stimulate users’ enthusiasm. Market cultivation should propose measures from the existing users’ marketing cultivation and potential user’s marketing development. To cultivate existing users we should start from users’ information classification management, personalized service offering and program quality’s improvement. To develop potential users we should expand effective publicity approaches and provide free experience. Marketing teams’ construction is analyzed from the cultivate subject, the training objective and method of individual marketing talents. The dissertation points out that we should pay more attention to the construction of the whole marketing team, then move forward to clarifies the significance, the standards and methods of marketing team’s construction, and shows how to build a good mobile TV service marketing team from several respects. The cross-industry of mobile TV business involves broadcasting and TV, telecommunications, networking and other social programs production agency. Effective cooperation between individual trades can promote the development of mobile TV service; conversely hinder its development. So industries should make full preparations in policy and technology and business conditions when we develop mobile TV business, and we should clear the cooperation modes among radio and television, telecommunications, networking and other program production organizations.
