The company finance faces the tough challenge because of the development of the enterprise information technology. The traditional finance system exists a lot of bugs, because its object is finance movement. In the open environment of Internet and electrical business, it cannot feed the demand of company. Based on the traditional finance administration patterns, the traditional finance management module is far away from the new situation, so the new module of finance management is demanded to build. This new pattern will be based on net computer technology; can cooperate with other company affairs, support electrical business, online finance management and dynamic calculation.This thesis base on MVC design module, use J2EE and Struts to build the finance management system. First, the traditional finance management system is anglicized, it is developed on the B/S and C/S module, so the codes of affairs logic part and expression part mixed together, the amenability and readability is disaster. This project analysis the demand of the company at first, then through the total design and the designs on every section, finally realize the new system. The function of the system:to develop the financial sector’s budget and audit, restrict the evidence expenses by budget data. The system includes program, plan to adjust, unplanned budget formulation and audit:entry and management of evidence, basic information and permission management of users, other financial data such as contracts management and various financial data query statistics output.
