Atm Data Integration And Operation Platform, System Design And Implementation Of Supply Chain

ATM (Assembly Test Manufacturing) is a place for assembling and testing CPU,the capacity is restricted by supporting of supply chain. This paper is based on a supplychain system project in one of the leading semiconductor companies, and my researchtarget is a system which called data integration and process platform system. Thissystem used in the beginning of supply planning decision phase, it purpose is to create adata platform which can quicker response and more reflect the truth to the existingsupply chain process. An integral system and application explained in content, whichincluding extract、transform、load and process heterogeneous data, most of theprocesses rely on Microsoft SQL Server2005Integration Services.Through the analysis of characteristics and realization of existing data integrationsystem, combined with specific industry background and supply chain decision process,define practical and reasonable system realization. This system implement from top todown, use SSIS to achieve data integration and process control, and the SSISs are calledby way of stored procedure. Besides, use the view as the intermediary to pass the date tothe decision-making system, and this can flexibly organize the data for decision-makingsystem, realize the seamless connection between this system and decision-makingsystem and keep a certain extension. From the point of view of the function, thissystem can integrate and compute the business data in both local and remote enterpriseheterogeneous information data source such as relational database and Excel, and formdata view to offer supply chain decision-making system after verification and proof. Inaddition, this system can optimize the business data solved by the decision-makingsystem, which provides more accurate solution result for the next decision-makingsystem.Because of the fact that the integrated and processed data information is more closeto the real situation in production, the system, after its application in reality, can to alarge extent improve the quality of data summarized in the preparation stage of supplychain decision-making, provide sound base for the following decision-making, shorten the time of data integration and operation and improves response time for supply chaindecision-making process. The preceding adds more economic benefits for the company.
