| In our country, electric power accidents during production occur frequently andcause great loss. The reasons are often due to unhealthy equipment and managementlack of standardization. In order to reduce accidents, we must make an effort to improvethe health level of equipment and scientific management. Within the power system, topromote the field of standardized operations is an urgent problem to be solved. With theincreasing number of Aba power company grid equipment recent years in the field ofequipment operation, maintenance, construction operations, human workload are allincreasing. Under this condition, traditional management tools can’t suitable. Therefore,Aba power company are putting effort on implementing a power standardizedoperations management system to standardize work instructions.After a number of field research, we studied the needs of Aba Power Corporationsite standardization operations, analyzed by combining its own production of MISStatus and information technology development goals, analyzed the whole process ofpower hardware life cycle theory, used software engineering development skillscombining object-oriented technology with rapid prototyping. This paper describedinformation on technical design and concrete realization of the various functionalmodules in the Aba national power Corporation site standardized job managementsystem, and future development trends are described. To introduce the subject we usedthe J2EE, SQL Server2008database platform to discuss and design a system based onthe Struts framework, the system module, and ultimately asked the Aba powerCorporation site standardized operating system solutions.The management system is immediately put into test use after designed, since April1,2012. At first, only pilot testing implementation in power sites, and timely detectionof problems that may arise in the process of analysis and development of the system isrunning to correct. The program will introduced in August2012, carry out erection andrun in parallel with legacy systems. Through the standardization of the site jobmanagement system to standardize on-site construction personnel operating procedure,and instructions to put an end to acts of illegal operations and reduce their impact on risk factors to ensure the safety of Aba power companies on-site construction, improvethe quality of work, with convenient friendly, simple, and highlight the advantages ofeasy operation, to maximize security and improve the safety and reliability of thenational grid operations. |
