They play an important part to improve the enterprise managementefficiency in the production of the enterprise, to save time and cost, thus win goodeconomic benefits in the fierce competition in the market.Through nearly four months’ investigation of Sichuan hao auspicious group, andthe company’s production mode and process flow are basically understood, and its users’needs are earnestly analyzed. this paper, according to the company’s actual production,from the domestic and foreign advanced management information system design ideasand methods, studies and map the system function structure, data flow chart, businessflow chart. This system mainly include plan management, the workshop management,progress inquires the management, quality management, process management, and otherfunctions. The main development tools of this system applied are: VB, Delphi, VC++, c++Builder and so on. the databases mainly used are some of the popular databases,such as Oracle, SQL server, Microsoft Access2003and so on. The development tool ofthis system is VC++, as its database is using SQL server.The basic function of the system studied in this paper has been all achieved. Thesystem’s operation reaches the target, which improves the efficiency of management of the enterprise. Though a period of testing, it lays solid foundation for the enterprise information reform towards higher goals.
