With further application of the mobile Internet and more mobile phone users,connecting to QQ, reading Micro-blog or do some reading through the mobile phonecan be found everywhere. As a key link of mobil internet, China Mobile is enduring theimpact of the wave of it: How to find out the preferences of those customers who usemobile phones for Internet and recommend the pertinent services to them? How torecommend in time the Internet Package they may need according to their usage?Further study should be done on those problems to find some good application modelsfor those mobile phone users so that the revenue may be increased and customersatisfaction may be improved.This paper focuses on the sc-mobile customer analysis and data mining based onthe users’ application. The main research results are as follows:1. Through clustering method, analysis of WAP network managementdata,establish mobile phone Internet user preference model. Use it on the businessrecommendation and other services.2. Through the classification and prediction methods, analysis of userdata,establish mobile phone Internet package upgrades model to monitor the usage ofmobile phone and recommend service package in time.The results can provide province company decision-making basis for differentiatedmarketing program and provide branch companies the best marketing objects so that theoverall profitbability may be enchanced. Throught the pilot practice, very good effecthas been obtained. Nowq, this research results have been promoted in the whole SCMobile.
