Nowdays, frequent natural disasters and all kinds of accidents make the highlyefficient On-site First Aid crucial. In order to shorten the rescue time and seize the"golden relief time", the thesis has designed a kind of intelligent medical monitoringterminal. It can monitor the patient physiological conditions and rescue situation at thescene. So that the experienced doctor who is in the remote command and control centerbut can not arrive at the scene can guide the rescue successfully.In the thesis, the hardware platform has been choosed under the premise of theportable terminal technology trends and market demand. And then, the softwareplatform has been built and the device drivers have completed. On the basis of hardwareand software platform, the thesis uses the modular design concept to plan and design thefunctional modules. The main three functional parts are composed of wirelesscommunication module, physiological data processing module, and on-site monitoringmodule.The thesis designed the wireless communication module using the PPP protocol of3G technology, and then achieved the physiological data processing module. The on-sitemonitoring module has achieved under the framework of V4L2. The thesis designedvideo hardware codec, audio and video synchronization issue specifically.The intelligent medical monitoring terminal has three features:1. The terminal integrates the physiological monitoring and on-site rescuemonitoring together. It meets the monitoring needs of telemedicine better.2. The intelligent medical monitoring terminal software system can connect thedifferent kinds of physiological instruments. It is easy to add the physiological dataprocessing modules to support different physiological equipments.3. The thesis designed Web configuration interface for the intelligent medicalmonitoring terminal that doctor can operate the medical monitoring terminal remotely.
