The Sensotronlc Brake Control (SBC) cancells vacuum booster and vacuum pump even pressure regulator,the electronic components replace mechanical components in the current brake system.It measures the pressure in the brake master cylinder and the movement speed of brake pedal by sensors,and sent these data to SBC processor as the form of electronic pulse.This means that the system can realize braking at the best pressure and the fastest response, so that it can greatly improve braking accuracy and stability of the vehicle, and then can shorten the braking distance, improve the security of driving.This paper is on the basis of the AWID/AWIS robot platform and focuses on SBC system.It describes the broad applicability of the SBC, and make a detailed introduction on the development of the vehicle braking system, as well as SBC’s development status.Based on the introduction of the SBC, this paper makes a detailed hardware design for the various components of the system (data acquisition module, the underlying control module and the brake actuator).and analyses the process of brake system in detail.In the underlying control module,I design16PWM signal generators, so it can realize effectively use of the resource on the single chip microcomputer and the modular platform.At last,we design the communication treaty in the CAN network for system and analyse the real time conmunication of the CAN network. The paper use the RMA(Rate-Monotonic Analysis) to estimate the communicaition unit:introdude the concepts of bus loading、maximum-delay and reloading abilit,get the assessment result and propose improveing improvement approach.On the basis of the kinematic/dynamic model of SBC, ADRC technology is applied to the system. This paper completes the design and parameters adjustment of ADRC controller. The experimental result shows its better performance in vertical braking control. This provides a new method to solve the braking control problem. Finally,we summarize the motion characteristic of SBC and give some recommendations to improve the performances for future work.
