The Design And Implementation Of Land Registration Online Approval System For The Land Bureau Of Weifang

In order to speed up promoting cadastral management standardization, to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of working, the Land Resource Bureau of Weifang City builds "digital Weifang" geographic information public service platform through a lot of integration work, and based on this platform, establish the land registration information management system of city---Land Registration Online Approval System through the integration of Homeland core database. This system uses parcel as the core, achieves a combination of parcel information and graphical information, realizes the electronic entry of registration certification of the materials, completes the whole business of land registration process online approval.This thesis uses the UML standard modeling language to describe the system design and implementation process and the idea of object-oriented to analyze the design. In the phase of requirements analysis, firstly, it gives out the overview and analyzes the data of this system; it describes user groups and system functions construction and gives the use-case analysis of it. In the phase of system designing, it describes the construction technology roadmap, system functions and structural design and land registration approval process; it uses class design and timing diagram describing the system detailed design, and describes the system database design. In the phase of system implementation, the paper describes the system development environment, hardware and software environment configuration, and describes the system functions, and show parts of the system code. In the phase of test, it describes the system test environment and the system functional tests and requirements. Finally, it gives out the summary of this paper.The system adopts B/S architecture, and uses HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, Servlet, and XML and so on, adopts SQL Server2005as database server. The system achieves geographic information public service platform, land registration certification of management, system management and internal mail functions, covers the platform vector, video,3D and land registration and certification management, Review of audit management, the query statistics register function, provides many business reports such as the approval form, land rights certificates, statistical indicators, ensures the normal using of the system about land registration, protects the online operation of the registration exercise carrying out smoothly.The establishment of Land Registration Online Approval System for the Land Resource Bureau of Weifang City realizes the functions such as Land-line approval and electronic maps, three-dimensional user display which is based on the high-tech tools of information technology. So the urban cadastral parcel property on the electronic map can be accessed to the browsing capabilities by mouse click way, it gives better graphical analysis, ancillary services of leadership decision.
