The Analysis And Application Of Data Mining Technology For Information

Today, with the reform and modernization process of continuous development, social economy, polity and science have been rapidly developing. Human society has been in the information age. Computer technology and data management technology is widely used, making the amount of data stored in the database increased dramatically. It has far exceeded the normal range in the analysis and understanding of data. At the same time, profound changes have taken place in the form of crimes. It challenges the public police on the current means of crime control, detection and prevention strategies strategy. State’s "police training" strategy and the current grim situation urgently requires new means of curbing crime and detection and prevention and control.The application of information technology in public security is the best combination of modern science technology and the fight against crime. It can use the existing resources to combat illegal and criminal, acts in contemporary important means of security, is the needs of new situation.In this context, according to my own practical experience, this paper presents the application of OLAP based on data mining in criminal intelligence information. This article has been some reference and uses the well-known decision tree and Apriori association mining algorithm, and use Microsoft SQL Server2005to find the rule in the data of crime, relation between criminals characteristics and types of cases, types of cases and the relationship between case information. The article detailed the data mining process of existing crimal information, including existing crime data, association rules and other technical means, gives the prototype of criminal intelligence analysis system and implementation process of the potential for issues related to the corresponding solution. Experiments and analysis show that:the use of data mining on database of crime data, can quickly find related data in the hidden information, identify trends law, accelerating the process of investigation of cases, while makes more effective in curbing the occurrence of new criminal behavior. It provides basis for the public security departments to make decision, making in the real work has important practical significance.
