Design And Implementation Of Oxygen Production Process Real-time Information System

Oxygen in the chemical industry, energy, metallurgy, machinery, defense industry andmedical have very broad application, oxygen production has become an indispensable importantlink in the national economy. According to the gas plant geographical distribution is wide, hasmany the production points and uses multiple sets of different control systems, oxygenproduction process real-time information system proposes an information integration schemebased on OPC protocol. Oxygen production process real-time information system completes thewhole factory data acquisition, provides flowcharts, trends, production report and other picturemonitoring analysis tools, improves the operation level and increases the yield of gas.This paper firstly researches background and significance of oxygen production processreal-time information system and introduced research situation of enterprise informationintegration and present problems of oxygen making. Then, researched related technologies ofthis system, study the OPC technology based on COM/DCOM technology, introduces thereal-time database, distributed control system and field bus technology; Then, completed thedesign of oxygen production real-time information system, targets of the system, system designprinciple, system function and oxygen making flow are analyzed and researched, completed thewhole structure of the system design, communication protocol design of system, networkstructure and software structure design; Later, completed the oxygen production processreal-time information system implementation, finished each production unit databaseconfiguration, flow chart configuration, trend graph configuration and historical configuration;Then completed production scheduling report design and implementation.Finally, this paper summarizes the research work, and prospects for further research work.
