By buying lottery tickets,people not only show their sympathy and love but also get access to making a fortune.Thus,lottery has become a new fashion of public leisure and investment.With the rapid development of Internet,the traditional methods of lottery bet cannot satisfy people any more.In due corse,the lottery software on mobile system has been developed and is gradually becoming the foucs of lottery pursuers.However, due to the lack of exciting and smooth user experience, such mobile lottery software doesn’t enjoy a high level of acceptance by the lottery pursuers at present.Among all mobile operation systems available in market, Android is regarded as the most promising platform for smart phones.It presents a new model of smart phone development,which involves both open application and source.Compared with other smart phone operation system,it saves30%of the licensing fee of software.This kind of system of smart phone has obtained the highest market share.Base on the Android platform,a new type of lottery software has been developted on the premise of study on human-machine interface design and the research of how to effectively improve clients’ satisfication on a trial basis. In the production design and develop the stages, the principle of meeting the clients’ demands was always bared in mind. The trail product received positive feedback from clients, which indicates that the lottery software did improved user satisfication. Now the software is already available in the market. The clients’ download of the system surges dramatically in a few months.The system’s popularity and the positive feedback from users confirm that the development of the lottery system applied to mobile phone is very successful.The research results are as follows:(1)According to the theories of e-commerce7C2M and the human-computer interface design,the theory and methods of how to improve clients’ satisfaction is studied in this paper.It also analysis the key points of the methods:analysis on clients,analysis on task,iteraction styles,interface design and exception handing to ensure that everything is client-oriented.(2)The general and detailed design and development of the system and the survey in later period on the lottery system has been done. All the work mentioned above is aiming at upgrading the product.(3)The system has implemented the function modules like "Feeling lucky"."Lucky numbers"."Betting"."Account"."Message"."Help" and "Favorites" and has realized the special goals of Lotteries.buying lotteries whenever and wherever you like;immediate report of lottery winning,automatic cashing charge;simple and convenient operation,clear selection.(4)Investigation on a fixed number of clients of lottery system has been conducted on how much the time engaged in learning the operation of the system,the speed of reaction,error rate,the speed of maintaining commands,the degree of satisfaction,ect.A assessment of the software through questionnaire in later time has also been made.The design of lottery system has basically fulfilled the designing expectation and reached the application standard.In the corse of designing and developing the lottery software for clients on smart phones.The paper also explores the method to effectively improve clients’ satisfaction,which aims to increase its attraction.The study remains to be continued and more excellent research results are going to be made. |
