With the rapid development of the computer science and internet technology, theenterprise information system is going deeply, but at the same time, the enterprises are facingmuch more problems step by step, such as faster update speed of the computer software andhardware, higher performance requirement, larger investigation, more complexity and varietyof the business development, and the data of the application is bigger and bigger. In order tofix these issues, we need to take some actions, and one of the most feasible and effectivemethods is to refactor the IT architecture of the enterprise using Cloud Computing.The Cloud Computing architecture is a new shared infrastructure, can overcome lots ofproblems of traditional client-server architecture, such as poor scalability, low performance. Itdistributes the computing tasks to the cluster computer dynamically, and flexibly allocates theresources of software and hardware according to the business development and applicationusages, so as to implement on-demand access, and provide a variety of IT services outside andinside. Cloud Computing can not only improve server utilization, provide high-performancecomputing and mass data storage, but also reuse the old IT resources to reduce budgets.In this paper, we make some investigation in the Cloud Computing concept, features,technology architecture, and so on. After doing some theoretical research and practice, wepropose a new IT architecture solution based on private cloud computing, combining with theopen source technology of virtualization, distributed storage, SOA, REST, Web2.0, and wealso make some research on how to transfer the current IT architecture to cloud computing inmore quickly and efficiently way, how to take full advantage of the company’s current ITresources, and how to reduce the complexity of IT deployment, management and applicationsusing more simple, efficient way, so as to build a scalable, safe, flexible and efficient ITenvironment to support business development of the enterprises, and make the enterprisesfocus all their mind into the main business fields to maximize their core competitiveness. Thispaper is valuable not only in theory but also with reference value in project practice.
