With the continuous development of computer technology, communications technology, image processing techniques, computer vision has become one of the aspect of the current hot research. Moving target detection and tracking is one of the core topics of computer vision research, combines many areas of image processing, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, automatic control, computer and other advanced technology.Moving target detection is extracted from the image sequence will be the movement offoreground objects from the background image. According to the relationship betweenthe moving target and and camera, moving object detection is divided into a moving target detection of in static background and moving target detection in dynamic background. Moving target detection in the static context of the camera in the monitoring process does not move. Thebackground subtraction method is the most commonly used as a target detection methods, the basic idea is to first obtain a background model, and then subtracting the current frame and background model, if the pixel difference is greater than a certain threshold, this pixel belongs to is judgment moving targets or a background image. This article selection S3C2440chip as the core of the system processor.constructed image motion detection system in the Linux development environment, the main content of the paper as follows:build a Linux development environment on a virtual machine:cross-compiler environment, Tftp, NFS, etc., as well as building hardware development environment, porting linux kernel, and finally completed the dynamic motion detection system to write, compile, and transplantation.
