The demand to the quality of images which from space camera develops as the space technology. But to get a high resolution image always need a long exposure time, if the object we want to take is moving at the exposure time, we get a motion-blurred image. The target of this study is finding a resolution to deblur the blurred image. The academic foundation need is introduced first. The degradation model of motion-blurred image specially blurred by the uniform linear motion is analyzed, with the restoration methods commonly used. A new way to discrete the continuous PSF is also deduced, which has the higher precision. Objective image assessment methods are found, as GMG and LS, have harmonious result with subjective assessment. Some commonly used image restoration methods as Direct Inverse Filtering, Wiener Filtering, Constrained Least Squares Filtering and Lucy-Richardson Algorithm are introduced curtly, the performance of which under different noise intensity are researched that constrain the domain them can be used.A new method to calculate the PSF of motion-blur is deduced by investigating the integral process of the CCD, resulting in finding a new method to restore the motion-blurred image. When the primary CCD exposures for a high resolution image the high-speed CCD get the image sequence which have relative low resolution but un-blurred by the motion. Use the sequence we can find the motion information that can be used to calculate the PSF of the motion. This method can calculate the PSF of non-uniform motion, and has good performance in the noisy environment.Use the multi-thread software to control two CCD expose at the same time, the validity of the method is demonstrated, and the primary factors influence the final result are studied too.
