With the development of the technology, the application range of the mass spectrometer is gradually expanding. The miniaturization of the mass spectrometer has become an inevitable trend, including the miniaturization of its power supply platform. According to requirements of this subject, because of the working principle and workflow of the digital high stability and multi-channel power control system, design a set of system with hardware and software.The design of the mass spectrometer powered platform-the digital high stability and multi-channel power, with8-channel outputs. The operating voltage is12V DC voltage, and the range of output voltage is-500V~+500V DC. The control precision can reach100mV or higher. Each output voltage can be adjusted by encoders or computers. The system deploys with high-precision ADC, which is able to timely sample, the output voltages and transfer to your computer in real-time recording and optimization, in order to meet the stability requirements. The system is equipped with LCD screen which can show the8-way power data. The system with interactive control function, preset function of the multi-channel, and the brightest voltage real-time monitoring. A circuit failure in the system is running, in a timely manner on the system to take protective measures and alert.According to system requirements of the design of hardware and software, the circuit design includes:high-precision voltage control circuit, the precision voltage sampling circuit, the human-computer interaction and functional circuits, and other functional circuits; The software design is base on the platform of appropriate hardware, including high-precision voltage control, the precision voltage sampling software, the function of human-computer interaction, and other necessary software designs; Each part of the system are tested. Actual debugging, the four parts of the system are able to meet the needs of usual work.
