In this context, to research online media industry management and capital operation also has a very important and real significance.This paper based on Chinese online media listed companies. Through arranging these organizations’informations and datas, the author analysed the ability of Chinese online media how to get a profit, it contains online advertisement, micro blogs、 instant communication tools and so on——the online value-added services, online games and search engine. Based on the online media products, the author discussed the companys’capital operation、acquisition strategy and joint strategy from the macroscopic level.Chinese online media listed companies develop more and more powerfully. But in the process, they meet many difficulties and bottlennecks:Chinese online media have duplicate management model and lack innovations; Chinese online media listed companies do not understand the foreign laws very well; the internet market may be meeting a big bubble. Although be faced with these difficulites, Chinese online media listed companies can bulid their own independent research and development base, to strengthen the innovation abilities.
